IHOP was a little busy and very understaffed. However, our server Vivia, did a wonderful job. It was her first day, and even though she hadn't been trained, due to understaffing, she was able to handle everything thrown at her, with a lovely attitude. She deserves a raise! The food was hot and delicious as usual. Pumpkin pancakes are fantastic.
The staff is great and the manager is top notch. Food is good at a decent price! We used our Pancake coins and saved $20.
This location is now under new management and much improved from our earlier visits! Service was friendly, attentive, and quick. The food quality (presentation and taste) was very good. We were very happy with our selections and experience. After a rough start, this IHOP will go into our rotation of breakfast options. Keep it up!
4 stars only because when I called ahead someone hung up on me. But who I believe to be the manager was so nice when I went. He was the only one serving due to someone calling out last minute and even tho wait times were longer he was attentive. Food was good, tasted like the usual ihop food. I just wish the music was a little louder.
Breakfast before our long day of being a tourist, and we chose IHOP. Service: We were greeted by a young man who appeared to be multi-tasking. He got us seated and took drink orders. He was very present being available for questions. He came back and took our order, and the food came out pretty quick. Our boy seemed to be the only server in our area. Food: The food looked just like the pictures except for the Breakfast Crepe. It was bigger than the picture. I had the Benedict, which was okay. For me, it was too much bacon jam. My daughter inhaled her Avocado Toast, and my other daughter could only finish 1 of her crepes. I tried a bite of the cinnamon pancake, and it was good. Hubby had the steak Bites, and the steak was tender. I stole a bite. Ambiance: The location was clean and welcoming. Spacious dining room would fit big parties. Didn't walk through the whole restaurant, though. This is just based on where we were seated. Overall, I would recommend visiting during the work week, which is what we did. I read another review where a customer was irritated with the wait time but saw staff "talking story" with each other. There were 2 staff talking right behind us (not our waiter). They sounded like management, though, and probably should not have had their conversation in the middle of the dining area since they looked like the staff. Food was good, service was good restaurant was homey and clean.
